Five students. One cramped kitchen. A shared delusion that we could make this work.

We didn't have investors. We had savings accounts we drained and credit cards we maxed. Aguas Kim, Ayeras Macraine, David Cara Lorin, Delfina Francine Jayde, and Espino Justin Rain—we met in PSAU, bonded over burnt brioche coding, and decided to bet on ourselves. That was years ago.

The first six months? We were open 14 hours a day, sleeping in shifts, and eating our own mistakes because we couldn't afford to waste ingredients.

Aguas, Kim — Baker & Founder

Prepares bread, pastries, and desserts from scratch. Handles mixing, shaping, baking, and oven management. The spreadsheet queen.

Ayeras, Macraine — Pastry Chef & Founder

Specializes in cakes, tarts, and delicate pastries. Focuses on decoration and finishing work.

Delfina, Francine Jayde — Front Counter & Founder

Takes orders, handles payments, and assists customers. Bakes with intuition and muscle memory.

David, Cara Lorin — Prep Cook & Founder

Helps measure ingredients, cleans equipment, and keeps us grounded when we get too ambitious.

Espino, Justin Rein — Shop Manager & Founder

Oversees daily operations, manages inventory, and ensures we stay legal, ethical, and sane.
